As my second release in the redone Neptunia characters, the non-transformed version of the almighty goddess Neptune.

While it doesn’t look like it, she has been improved in multiple ways, the most obvious being the hair port. She might get more improvements down the line but for now, this will do. This is a collab between me and StoutShako2Refined again, who ported her hair, directly from the game files.

Requires HF Patch 3.16 or something like that.
